Currently, Jonathan is on the Board of Directors for the New London Firefighters Burn Foundation and is a fire instructor who helps train new recruits in the theory and practice necessary to become firefighters.

Jonathan Paige has built a reputation as a professional known for his ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively command teams, and prioritize safety of both civilians and those under his command. In addition to Mr. Paige’s dedication to quality field work, he is also recognized for his interest in maintaining standards behind the scenes, with skills in managing training programs, facilitating incident management, enforcing organizational policies and guidelines, and maintaining crucial training records for a 70-member career department.

Mr. Paige is also the recipient of a Medal of Valor (1997), Medal of Merit (1997), Medal of Life-Saving Merit (2001, 2018), recipient of the Service Recognition Medal (2000, 2005), and Unit Citation (2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2018).
